Clement Goh

Chief Executive Officer

Clement is responsible for the strategic and executive leadership of XenithIG throughout the APAC region. Before joining XenithIG, Clement was Chief Executive Officer for Southeast Asia for ST Telemedia Global Data Centres. In this role, he was responsible for Southeast Asia data centre operations, which included Singapore, Thailand and Indonesia, as well as new market development. Earlier in his career, Clement served as Managing Director for Equinix South Asia, where he was responsible for the overall performance of the Singapore IBX centre and the partnership in Indonesia. He was also instrumental in developing sales in India. Clement holds dual Master’s degrees from University of California, Los Angeles’ Anderson School of Management and National University of Singapore’s Business School, and a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering with Honours from the National University of Singapore.

Luke Mackinnon

Chief Operating Officer

Luke is responsible for leading and executing the operations strategy of the company. Before joining XenithIG, Luke was APAC Business Operations Leader for Data Centre Delivery at Amazon Web Services and President Director of PT Amazon Data Services Indonesia where he delivered the AWS region to launch. Luke has held COO, CTO roles at Vocus Group Limited where he delivered critical digital infrastructure, like the Australia Singapore Cable. Previously as Managing Director of 24Seven3Six5 Pty Ltd, Luke supported some of Australia’s most significant private equity and infrastructure funds in their M&A activity. Luke understands the journey from start-up to scale, having held founding roles in a number of successful start-ups like Planet Netcom, Fetch TV, and Vocus Communications. He will be working closely with the leadership team to accelerate the company’s growth.

Amirali Valliani

Chief Financial Officer

Amir is responsible for accounting, tax, financial planning and analysis, corporate development, and all corporate functions. Prior to joining XenithIG, Amir was the Chief Operating Officer at Amobee, an advertising technology company owned by Singtel, and concurrently, served as an executive at Singtel. Earlier in his career, Amir was an Associate Partner with Oliver Wyman, supporting telecommunications and technology companies globally. Amir also served as an investment professional with Columbia Capital, where he focused on investing in the digital infrastructure and enterprise IT sectors. Amir has an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelors degree from Brown University.

Darence Loh

Chief Revenue Officer

Darence is responsible for driving revenue growth and building strategic relationships with potential and existing enterprise clients at XenithIG. Darence is an experienced sales leader with a demonstrated history of excellence in the Data Center and Information Technology industries. Before assuming the CRO role at XenithIG, Darence was Head of Sales at ST Telemedia GDC Pte, Ltd., where he increased sales revenue by 36% in his first year. Darence has also worked in sales-related roles at Equinix Singapore Pte, Ltd., Digital Realty, and Hewlett Packard Singapore Pte, Ltd. Darence has a Bachelors degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with Honours from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland.

Bill Cook

Executive Chairman

Bill Cook is venture partner at Columbia Capital, a digital infrastructure entrepreneur, and president of Cook Consulting, LLC. He is the founder and former CEO of SummitIG, the executive chairman of BandwidthIG, chairman of the State of Mississippi ITS board of directors, and serves as a board member and advisor to other companies and institutions. With over 33 years of experience developing and operating digital infrastructure networks, Bill is a proven leader with strategic vision and has demonstrated his commitment to delivering effective results and creating value for investors, customers and employees. During his career, Bill has held various management positions with telecommunications companies including Intellifiber, OnFiber, Metromedia Fiber Networks, and MCI, managing the implementation of national and metropolitan networks. Bill holds a Bachelor degree from the University of Mississippi.
