Leadership built on deep industry experience
Xenith Infrastructure Group is led by a seasoned executive team with approximately 150 years of combined industry experience. More than 125 years of that experience spans the dark fibre and telecommunications sectors.
Bill Cook
Executive Chairman
Bill has spent more than 38 years developing and operating digital infrastructure networks. He serves as an active chairman or board member of several network and technology companies and organisations, including Xenith IG, Bandwidth IG, Velocity IG, TerraPact, and State of Mississippi ITS.
Bill is also a venture partner at Columbia Capital, a US-based venture capital firm focused exclusively on the communications and technology sectors.
Noah Drake
Chief Executive Officer
Noah has worked in digital infrastructure for more than a decade. Before joining Xenith IG, he was President of Telstra International Americas, where he led regional sales and marketing operations.
Prior to Telstra International, Noah was Vice President of Product Management at Zayo Group, a communications infrastructure and services company operating across the United States and Europe.
Geraldine Kor
Chief Commercial Officer
Geraldine brings more than 26 years of experience across global technology companies, with deep expertise in driving growth and scaling enterprise operations throughout Asia-Pacific.
Before joining Xenith IG, Geraldine served as Managing Director and Head of Global Enterprise at Telstra International. Her earlier roles include senior positions at DXC Technology, HERE Technologies, and Nokia Corporation, where she led regional sales and operations and delivered large-scale technology solutions across Asia-Pacific.
Matt Day
Executive Vice President, Network Operations
Matt is a renowned industry expert with more than two decades of experience in the Australian telecommunications sector.
He joined Xenith IG through its acquisition of Fibre Path, one of Australia’s first dedicated data centre-to-data centre dark fibre providers. Matt has also founded multiple Australian network and technology companies.
Corey Bakker
Executive Vice President, Business Development
Corey is an Australian telecommunications industry veteran with a career spanning more than 20 years and was a co-founder of Fibre Path.
His extensive expertise includes working with major customers to design and deploy large-scale telecommunications infrastructure projects across Asia-Pacific, including Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia.
David Ong
Executive Vice President, Strategic and Regulatory Affairs
David is a seasoned lawyer who has worked on major digital and energy infrastructure projects across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, construction and engineering procurement, and project financing.
